Cover in local country.
Personal access to a medically staffed, international call centre 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our call centre will provide help and assistance in emergencies. In partnership with the leading local and international providers of evacuation and assistance services, we provide our members with unparalleled expertise in emergency evacuation. The patient is transferred to an appropriate facility for stabilization. Once stabilised, the patient is transferred by jet ambulance and evacuated to a centre of excellence. Patient care, case management and progress of the patient is monitored daily with reports and updates.

The benefit allows for the patient to be accompanied by a companion/family member.

OracleMed will be responsible for payment of evacuation and resultant hospital costs by direct settlement through our worldwide network of 3200 hospitals.

Emergency cover when traveling.
In the event that the emergency takes place outside of Africa,the patient will be evacuated to the nearest most appropriate medical facility.
